David grew-up in the real estate profession. His father is a real estate attorney and his mother was an Owner/Broker in Manhattan, Kansas for 19 years before joining the Conderman Group.
David graduated from the University of Colorado in Economics with an emphasis in Real Estate and has been in the Real Estate business in Kansas City since 1987! He has a vast background in investing, marketing and financing residential real estate.
David works full-time getting his Seller Clients' homes sold for the highest possible price in the least amount of time. He is also a professional negotiator and works with his Buyer and Seller clients to obtain the best price and terms possible in their real estate transactions.

David recruited his Mother, Linda, to join our real estate team shortly after recruiting his sister, Sarah Kawaoka. Since Linda reveres family and is known to be motivated by change, she concluded that a family team would be an empowering and exciting experience and accepted the invitation. They now share and are dedicated to a common goal -- providing clients with the newest, most cost effective, and truly innovative service.
Throughout Linda’s multi-faceted career, she has taught English at Lawrence High School and Kansas State University, owned and operated a children’s clothing store in Manhattan Kansas, and for the last 29+ years, was the Broker/Owner of a real estate firm in Manhattan, Kansas.
Throughout her real estate career, Linda worked in re-sale, new construction, investment and development. Her husband is in building and development, so new construction and move-up Buyers have been a big part of her career.
Linda also has an affinity for helping first-time homebuyers because it offers the opportunity to use her college degrees and “teach” the home buying process. She finds it thrilling to see the process all come together the day of move-in!
Many K-State parents know Linda, too, and have purchased an investment property for their kids to use during college years. It provided a great investment and a learning experience in property management for everyone.
Linda’s greatest pleasure as a Real Estate Broker/Owner was providing the tools for each agent in the company to achieve a successful career. Seeing the success of others has always been her greatest joy in life! Her company won many prestigious awards for production and quality service.

Jan’s commitment to sweating the details for her clients – so that they don’t have to – is the difference between an unpleasant, frustrating real estate experience and one that is efficient, rewarding and even fun.
Jan’s clients tell her that she has a “gift for listening.” “I don’t see how I can achieve the best results for my clients if I’ve presumed to have all the answers in advance,” she said. Instead, Jan is devoted to listening first, and THEN developing a strategy and a plan together to achieve her client’s objectives.
One of Jan’s most rewarding experiences is working with first-time home-buyers; helping them build financial security while at the same time partnering with them to uncover that first dream home. “I really enjoy working the buyer’s side of the transaction,” Jan says. “Yes, it is very time consuming, but there is nothing I do professionally that is more satisfying than helping someone find a place to call home.”
When not working with her clients, Jan leads women’s Bible studies for her church and also leads creative teams, designing environments and visual arts elements to enrich the weekly worship service experience. Jan enjoys travelling and spending time with her incredible grandkids.

Sarah grew up in the real estate family four years behind her brother, David. Wisely, she chose to stay close to home and graduated with an Interior Architecture degree from Kansas State University. She is a true Wildcat at heart!
After graduating in 1994, Sarah joined Hallmark Cards and held a variety of positions from architecture to marketing over a 20 year career with this hometown Kansas City company. Her ability to remain calm and focused in any situation is her key to success.
Sarah lives in Lenexa with her husband and two children and enthusiastically enjoys balancing her career and family!

Specializing in listing and real estate marketing for over 15 years, Amber has a knack for all things “multimedia”, from building showcase property websites to custom photo enhancements, print advertising, virtual tours, online marketing strategies, social media, and implementation of today’s ever-changing technology to reach each target market.
From her affiliated office in the Coeur d’Alene area of North Idaho, Amber is our team’s Marketing Specialist for both offices, providing expert real estate marketing services to our Seller Clients since 2005. When not working, Amber enjoys camping, road-trips to new destinations, RV’ing, and spending time with her family.
